We should always put our all into whatever we do for a sense of satisfaction and because we value ourselves.
We should feel proud of every completed task knowing we did our best.
However it is important not to get stuck on a task attempting perfection which is a common thing to obsess about especially if it is a labour of love or if we are perfectionists by nature.
Getting stuck on a task in this way can hinder our progress and can result in finding things more stressful than they need to be.
Our idea of perfection may not be the same as another persons idea.
Sometimes putting all your energy into perfecting something to your ability can make you more sensitive to criticisms rather than seeing them as opportunities of improvement or growth.
The reality is nothing is ever truly perfect.
The quicker you accept that the more productive you can be.
Take on tasks and complete them to the best of your ability, within a designated timeframe in order to meet your deadlines efficiently.
It is better to complete the task on time and move on to the next then waste precious time perfecting something to your ideal of perfection.
You can always come back to tasks later on edit and improve things as you go along which is fine.
Trust your ability, give it your all and don’t stress over the finite details that only you would see.
You’ve got this!
reflect. love, heal
