We all know that life isn’t always a bed of roses.
Whatever successes we set out to achieve will come with its many failures.
There will be downs as well as ups. Hardships as well as ease. And bad times as well as good times.
What’s important is that we understand all this and take all the moments we have, in our stride.
When your life seems like its going well you feel like you are living your best life, and when things are not going the way you expect them to, you feel like your hardships are more than you can bear and life just doesn’t seem fair.
When in actual fact no one is living a perfect life nor even if it feel likes it does everything seem like its going wrong.
More than anything its how we are feeling, about ourselves and our lives that determines how we see our situation.
Are we appreciating the blessing we are surrounded with or are we consuming ourselves with the problems life throws at us?
It is okay to feel down, to feel overwhelmed and to feel deflated about things that go wrong.
And it is important to take the time to deal with our emotions but we should never let them drown us or let them consume all our energy and positivity.
You’ve got this, even if it doesn’t seem like it, even if problems seem much bigger than you can comprehend, you are in control and you will get through.
And that is because whatever has been thrown at you, you are still standing, so before choosing defeat, try challenging the the issues and tackling them head on.
Look at the positive attributes you posses that has got you this far, because if you are able to make till here then you will be able to carry yourself further.
Sometimes many blessings come in disguise, so take the time to look for them to appreciate them.
Life comes with bad and good experiences, but don’t let the context of that impact your future. Any good you’ve experienced let that lead you to finding even greater ones and anything bad, let that be a lesson you take with you.
If an issue or worry still seems too big for you then talk, ask for help and use who and what is available to you, to overcome it.
Friends, family and professionals are there for us to lean on and get help from, they are a blessing we have, that sometimes we can overlook.
But the biggest blessing you possess is YOU, you truly are a strong, amazing powerful force, and don’t you ever forget that.
Reflect. Love. Heal.
